Mary's style of 1-on-1 training is to first get to know each client's specific fitness goals.  First though... she does an in-depth day-to-day glimpse of what your current life-style is like so she can better help you reach those goals.  Getting to know your challenges will help her assist you to define the method that will guarantee your results.  Not only is she a online Beachbody Coach, but she also provides 1 on 1 fitness consultations in YOUR home.  Are you the kind of person who needs guidance and personal attention?  Her online support is convenient and effective.  If you're motivated and excited to work out in the comfort of  your own home, then her accountability online group would work for you.  The journey starts with a LIVE call or visit, depending on proximity, to discuss your likes, dislikes, nutrition habits, realistic goals, so to prevent any obstacles you may have faced in the past.  Mary will commit to working to find balance with your exercise program and eating choices, so that you can feel your absolute best and start to feel results immediately.

Group Training:

Mary is passionate about her group training classes.  Group exercise offers a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you work out on your own.  Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent exercise schedule and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience. Mary's group exercise classes offer up a variety of formats for a variety of fitness levels; beginner to advanced... so you will be sure to leave feeling inspired, energized and conditioned to want more!
